Privacy Policy

PT Border Tech Indonesia processes personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. Data we collect
- Account data from Google: name, email address and profile photo.
- Content: prompts, uploaded photos, and the videos and images you create.
- Transactions: pack, amount, payment status and the processor's reference. We never receive card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and security logs.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: create videos, store results and manage your credit balance.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To moderate content and enforce the Content Policy.
- To contact you about your account, transactions or service changes.
4. How long we keep it
Video results are kept for 180 days on accounts that have bought credits and 30 days on accounts that haven't, then deleted automatically together with the photos you uploaded for them. Videos you share to the public gallery are kept while public. You can delete a video earlier from History. Transaction records are kept as required by law and tax rules. Account data is kept while your account is active.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 3 business days of receiving a complete request.
6. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, files are kept in private storage behind short-lived links, and internal access is restricted. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.
