Terms of Service

1. Account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18, or use Videbro with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Each person may use only one account to receive sign-up credits.

2. Credits and prices

• The service is paid for with credits. The price of each video is shown on the button before you create it.
• Purchased credits do not expire and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Free credits (sign-up, pack bonuses, referrals) have no cash value and may be limited to certain models.
• While a video renders, credits are held. They are charged when the video is created and returned automatically if it fails, is refused, or times out.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect videos already rendering.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by licensed payment partners (BorderPay for Indonesian methods, SingaPay for cards). Card payments are charged in Indonesian Rupiah; your bank may apply a conversion. We never store card data.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

• You keep your rights to your prompts and uploaded photos and, to the extent the law allows, to the videos you create.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service, including sending it to AI model providers.
• If you share a video to the public gallery, you allow us to show it publicly until you withdraw it.
• You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload, including consent from people whose faces appear in it.
• AI outputs may resemble other users' outputs and are not guaranteed to be unique.

5. Prohibited use

You must follow the Content Policy. We may refuse requests, remove content, withhold fraudulently obtained credits, or close violating accounts, without returning credits for serious violations.

6. Availability

Videbro relies on third-party AI model providers. We may add, change or discontinue models at any time. We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

Results are kept for 180 days from creation on accounts that have bought credits and 30 days on accounts that haven't; the date appears in History as "Kept until". After that date the video file (and any photos you uploaded for it) is deleted automatically and permanently from our storage and can't be recovered; its entry stays in History. Videos you share to the public gallery are kept while they are public. Download what you want to keep.

You can also delete a video from History at any time. Deletion is permanent and credits already spent are not refunded.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably, then by the South Jakarta District Court.
